McGee was arrested for felony aggravated drunk driving at the scene, the Idaho State Journal reports. A conviction for the charge carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in jail, a $5,000 fine, and five years without driving privileges.
A blood test revealed that McGee’s blood alcohol concentration was 0.212 percent, nearly three times the Idaho’s legal limit, according to the journal.
