A DUI arrest was made after a Kearney Mesa crash in San Diego.

A woman suspected of drunken driving was arrested after a crash in Kearny Mesa that eft a man seriously injured according to reports by San Diego Police. The collision was reported in the early morning hours at the intersection of Balboa Avenue and Kearny Villa Road.  A 23-year-old woman was driving a white Toyota Rav4 south on Kearny Villa Road, as a 51-year-old man drove his Hyundai Elantra east on Balboa Avenue, police said.
